Person called claiming to be from O2 - they weren't. Asked me to confirm a one time code sent to me - even though the one time code (which they would have requested O2 to send), stated not to share it with anyone including O2 staff. Once they get in, they order new phones from your account. I told the guy to try and rip someone else off and he hung up.
