0131 381 1463 Negative Who called me from this phone number?

A woman told me it was Three calling, which is my phone provider. She said something about a discount for my last phone bill, which made me immediately suspicious. I couldn't understand her very well, and she sounded quite impatient. She asked me what was my last bill and I said you should be able to see that if you work for Three. I then left her on the line as I searched for the phone number online. Eventually she asked if I was still there and I said I'm trying to verify this phone number and I can't so I don't feel comfortable sharing that information. She reiterated that she wanted to verify MY email address and I said you have my phone number and email address, just send me an email and she hung up.

Number called me at 8:40am the day after a bank holiday. It was shown as an Edinburgh number, and no message was left.
