Pretending to be from British Telecom claiming my router is showing errors (it’s not, it’s fine and they are scammers.) you might be asked to use Quick Assist on your computer to let them connect. DON’T DO THIS! they are scammers trying to take control of your computer to scam you and potentially cause harm.
