called regarding car finance on old car. But the finance was under my partners name not me but they said my name...how did they get my name? saying i could be owed etc. no idea how these people get our details but its a SPAM.

Said they where from an Insurance Company and told me they could get back overpaid finance on a car I'd bought on credit, this is something I have never done ! Not sure what their aim was but beware of cold calls
