device upgrade was the explenation.. in the background it was a noise of a csalling centre.. the caller had a strong indian accent.. additionly he hinted a money saving through this /hoped/ step of me..

I was called by 01268 989321. They say Vodafone in Southend, but the call is about the new broadband service that Southend Council agreed with CityFibre to install and Vodafone provide the contract and package. I was not expecting the call but do recall asking them to call when the package becomes available. No hard sell, just more information.
