Probably a confidence trickster. Phone number is registered to Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd, which is controlled by Gamma Group Holdings Ltd, which in turn is controlled by Gamma Communications Plc, which has no registered controlling party !! So much for Companies House knowing who does what in UK commercial enterprises.
