Started getting plagued with calls after submitting a request online for a life insurance quote via Tom.co.uk. Their trick is to get your contact details then say they'll have someone call you - you have no choice in the matter and you can't just get your quote through the website like with every other company. Then they do not leave you alone, and when you block one number they call from a different one. Abysmal sales approach.
called me twice in half an hour, they hang up when you answer. i don't understand the point of these types of phone calls at all!
