I had this and found out by chance it was my doctors surgery. I asked about the ‘test message 12345’ and the receptionist said it was just a number they use to call out but you can’t call back.

i had a missed call on my land line this morning , i called the number via ring back and just got a message.. test message 12345. the caller did not announce who they were or why it was neccesary it was not an automated message. later on today i had the same caller phone my mobile number and left the same message.
