Do NOT answer calls from 01242 306006. They are operating a scam whereby they will try and convince you that for a fee they will cancel your old contract and sign you up with a new phone service supplier with basically unlimited everything. As usual a “if it’s Too true to be real, then it most probably is too true to be real” Don’t even answer. Just block their number on your phone

Didnt answer and checking the above, where did they get my number from ....seems odd I used my number on app earlier today ! This is why i know better than giving my number to anybody or adding to any sites.

Three calls from this number. Two male, one female.. I think they're trying to get me to adopt a new phone provider which I do not want to do. I have a basic Nokia phone and am very happy with it. I'm also happy with my provider. In my 70s, I don't spend my life clutching a phone - I have lots of other things to occupy me.

Claims to be from Carphone Warehouse, hung up when I said I thought they’d gone bust.

"Hello this is Kevin how are you doing today?" Didn't sound much like a Kevin.

Offering a mobile phone deal and asking for bank details

Said he’s calling from company called phone you offering iPhone 4 for £20 a month. Would guess a scam for bank details.

Telling that he is from carphone warehouse ,sound as he was working on what to say,blocked

Has rang twice now and instantly hangs up when answered. Nuisance caller.
