Claimed to be the "London Advisory Board" (As if I had any way of verifying that was true and that the company was actually genuine) Asked if I was responsible for the gas & electricity bills in the household. She didn't like it when I said "Not Telling" and didn't give me time to explain I wasn't about to confirm anything until I had confirmned she (and her company) were, themselves, genuine.
