Told me they want to help me improve my credit score because it's just gone down (it's just gone up), that they have been I have outstanding debts (I don't), asked them which debts and they replied that it 'doesn't say'.... cannot give me any information, vague answers to questions, demanding attitudes.... 100% a scam.

Telling me I have outstanding loans that they have been advised about (I dont) and I asked which company the loans are for and they hung up
