Don't answer! If you don't recognise the number never answer until you check it out on-line. I don't know how they benefit from doing this but they make money ,from you if you do answer. They don't care about you or your CIRCUMSTANCES or feelings! They are the scum of the earth and they need to be stamped out. I hope that they can get caught and given a very very hefty fine and a prison term!
