Indian female, very broken English and accent. I asked her who she was, and what her company is.....she just continued to say something about something being blocked, and a payment?? Asked her several times who the company was and how she knew my name and she wouldn't answer....kept repeating 'blocked' and 'payment'. I didn't confirm my name when she asked if I was the person she named, I simply asked who was calling. She eventually abandoned the call. Couldn't possibly be a scam/fraud to obtain money and banking details for some non existent issue
