Scam caller. As well as not answering to prevent recording your voice. I’d suggest also removing any personal voice recorded messages - this gives callers your first name & voice without even trying. Better yet is to turn it off so your service provider isn’t revealed when the phone rings out. ENSURE your provider has a 24/7 customer service- they don’t all!!
