This company is driving me nuts. I'm getting about 2-3 calls today on my home number. You only get the fist name of the person calling you, claiming to be from the 'Claims Advisory Service', claiming that they have an file open which they are looking to close, but there is an outstanding payment due to me from a collision I was involved with and asking whether I knew why they hadn't received it. As soon as I ask any probing questions regarding who they are, who instructed them to call me ('no-one, your number is on a database we have from a 3rd party), how they got my number, where their company is based, etc, the line goes dead immediately. Despite these all top brief conversations, I've yet to get any information that will enable me to get the TPS to take action. (The TPS need me to identify the company name and address before they will do anything). I seriously doubt this is legit and suspect that it's a not illegal 'scam' to get me to engage a personal injury lawyer or some such.

Called asking me about the recent 'Bump' I had on the road. I said 'Nope' he said did you not report a 'Bump on the road' to your insurance company? I said 'Nope' he hung up. I don't have insurance of my own I'm only a named drive on 2 Policies.

What car collision? must be someone driving around with clone plates on perhaps? first off, where did they get that info from ( totally made up ) SCAMMERS! secondly, guess what, cars in the garage at home! i ride a bike! muppets!
