It was a well spoken woman on the other end of the phone. She didn't mention my name (not sure she had that) and started to talk about my home not having the correct insulation. She had me on loudspeaker when i first answered. She then picked up the phone and started her insulation patter and before i could speak a word, she hung up whilst still chatting. It sounded like she was on a landline, possibly on a corded phone.
