Not amused with this in the slightest. Had a fridge off them for about a year and a half. Bought a new 60" tv a few weeks back, which never ever got to my address due to it being broken during transit. So I was told I would get a replacement and told them I was not paying for something that I didn't have. So the harassing calls started after telling them a million times that I was not paying for something I never received. So the new replacement arrived last Friday and a few hours after delivery, a BrightHouse staff member turned up at my door asking for payment for the broken telly that I never received. Explained the situation to her and that was fine, she apologised. So all this were, after getting the new replacement, the phone calls started again demanding payment of 60 odd quid...I'm a week in advance on my payments!! Just spoke to a guy on the phone there and told him that I wanted something out of this due to the hassle this has caused, none of which was my fault, as I was a week ahead in my payments. Not amused in the slightest. Think a complaint to head office is in order!!

We had these prick on the doorstep last week demanding payment and under duress my wife payed them the last of our money meaning we had to borrow from our son, before the asshole at the door they had rung while my wife was on the landline and i told them she would ring once she had finished, she had barely finished the call before the twunt was knocking our door, she treid ringing the number thats just called to hear a recorded message telling her to call her local brighthouse store

They have called me today five times that I know of - even though they close down after six rings! They took a payment on Saturday then called me back to tell me it hadn't gone through - I told them I'd wait until I checked my bank statement and then call back - it's only 2 days later and they have started the harrassment. I've been told before they are relentless but as this is THEIR fault how dare they do this? Customer service I don't think.....

It is utterly disgusting the harassment I have been receiving from Brighthouse with constant calls and messages from this no. I owe £35. I have also had a member of B H staff knocking on my front door. I shall be proceeding with an official complaint and also making public my dislike of this company's idea of good customer relations. Disgraceful.

I am in a complete financial state... nothing I can do about it at the moment.. bright house are aware of the situation I am in and yet every single day of the week Inc a Sunday I am being called and harrased over the phone I have a full voicemail box I can't access because my services center number is missing... I have had cards through my door everyday. After working hr's visits to my home at. 6 pm. This is a total nightmare

Ive had 26 missed calls from them and a card through my door every day for 10 days. I owe them £42 and I told them I'd be paying it this week but still the hassling continues. They're unreal and they ask you what happened because you missed a payment - none of their business! The goods I got from them are almost paid off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GET ANYTHING FROM THE. - THEYRE A NIGHTMARE!!!

I missed a payment on Friday even though they take the money straight from my account every week and my bank said it had left them. have had 258 missed calls from them now. never missed a payment before. this is ridiculous
