Called me by name. Talked about discount on home appliance insurance cover renewal. I don't have such cover. Using my name was a ploy to con me. Clearly a speculative call trying to scam me.

Caller was saying that I would be getting a Falls alarm(which I hadn't requested)I think they may have gone on to charge for this but I hung up at this point.
