Claimed to be calling from O2 offering a cheaper tarriff

Said nothing but lots of background chatter like a call centre.

This number called and was a silent call, gather its another scam call, i have blocked it

Said they were bank security, notifying me of a payment being taken from my account, when I asked which bank she said...

Said they were from the Three network so I hung up.

Scammers (again!) by the sound of it. Called me 7 hours ago.

Answered, no response to hello. Mone went dead. Probably to sell as an active answered number.
