I have been receiving calls from this number and they don't talk when I answer the phone, when I play back the message they are claiming to be EE customer relations and that they will try again shortly, but shortly seems to be random days and times, I never actually get to talk to anyone I truly believe these people are not who they claim to be and what they are doing using another well known business name surely that is FRAUD

EE sales team. They are rude and have incorrect and outdated info for me. I am with Orange, they are affilated with EE. Orange once had incorrect details for my account, it was these incorrect details that have been passed onto EE, so I know Orange was the source. They are calling my mobile no despite the fact it is registered with the Telephone Preference Service for mobiles. They are supposed to check this first.
