Couldn't answer so refused the call. Didn't leave voicemail. And a search for the number comes up with a website "yourmentalhealthsupport.co.uk". I wouldn't trust it.

Sarah from Housing Disrepair Team. I asked how she got my number and she just kept repeating that she was Sarah from Housing Disrepair Team. Very puzzling and rather unsettling. She was like a robot in the way she just kept repeating herself
